The rough groove concealed rod elastic seat sealing gate valve utilizes the deformation compensation effect generated by the overall sealing of the valve to achieve good sealing effect, overcoming the problems of poor sealing, water leakage and rust of general gate valves, and saving installation space.
The rough groove concealed rod soft seal gate valve can be widely used as a regulating and shut-off device on fluid pipelines such as tap water, sewage, construction, petroleum, chemical, food, medicine, textiles, electricity, ships, metallurgy, energy systems, etc.
1. Integral encapsulation: The gate adopts integral encapsulation, which has good coverage performance and geometric dimensions, ensuring reliable sealing and service life.
2. Lightweight: The valve body is made of ductile iron, which is lightweight and easy to install.
3. Flat bottomed valve seat: The bottom adopts the same flat bottomed valve seat design as the water pipe, which does not produce debris accumulation and has reliable sealing.
4. The inner cavity is coated with epoxy resin to prevent corrosion and rust. It can not only be used for drinking, but also for sewage systems.
5. Three "O" seals: The valve stem adopts three O-ring seals, which have low friction resistance, light switching, and no water leakage.
