Product Overview
The general signal elastic seat sealing gate valve is applied to the automatic sprinkler fire pipeline system to monitor the water supply pipeline and can remotely indicate the valve opening.
General signal soft sealed gate valves and gate valves with opening indication are often used in fire water supply systems. If the installation position of the gate valve is high above the ground, a rising stem gate valve is generally selected, and the valve opening indication can be clearly seen. If the installation position is low, the valve opening indication can be clearly seen. Then it is necessary to choose a gate valve with an opening indicator.
Product Requirements
1. The signal valve should have an output "on" and "off" electrical signal device. During the process of the signal valve from fully open to closed, when the contact that outputs the "on" signal (valve open) is converted to the output "off" signal (valve closed), the flow rate at this conversion point should be greater than or equal to 80% of the fully open flow rate. After this point, the valve will continue to output the "off" signal (valve closed). The fully open flow rate is the flow value measured when the signal valve is fully opened at a constant population pressure.
