1. The filtration area is large, the flow resistance coefficient is small, and the lower end is equipped with a free flushing device, which can flush 8-10 times faster than the general Y-shaped filtration.
2. The product is used in petroleum, chemical, steam, metallurgy, heating, fire water supply and drainage as a filter for impurities in pipelines, and different filter screens (20 mesh~180 mesh) can be used according to the user's requirements for filter media.
3. The interior and exterior of the valve body are coated with powder epoxy resin to prevent water shortage and corrosion of the valve body.
4. The filter screen is made of stainless steel, which will not rust and reduce the filtering area during use. The groove filter is an indispensable device on the conveying medium pipeline, usually installed at the end of the pressure reducing valve, relief valve, constant water level valve or other equipment to eliminate impurities in the medium and protect the normal use of the valve and equipment. When the fluid enters the filter cartridge with a specification filter, its impurities are blocked, and the clean filtrate is discharged from the filter outlet. When cleaning is needed, simply remove the detachable filter cartridge, process it, and reinstall it. Therefore, maintenance and use are convenient.
